In 2018, I’d had the idea to turn my two passions (counselling and yoga) into a business but, at the time, I didn’t believe that I was ‘good enough’ or ‘smart enough’ to run my own business. In 2020, the advent of the pandemic prompted me to assess what I really wanted out of life, and I began taking steps to make my dream a reality. 

Believe me, I still struggle at the best of times – if there’s something happening in my life, you can bet I’ll be worrying about it! But I’ve found that yoga is the one tool that I constantly come back to that helps me to heal, feel more grounded and connected to myself – and then, I find that I can flourish!
